About me
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, am a psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapist, and a candidate of the Society of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. My goal is to support you on your journey towards deep and lasting change.
Psychoanalytic therapy is a unique opportunity to explore your inner world, understand your true needs and desires, and free yourself from unconscious fears and internal conflicts. Together, we can find answers to the important questions that trouble you and create a foundation for long-term well-being.
With many years of experience in international business in leadership positions, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and stresses of the modern world. Since 2015, I have been a certified ICF coach. The language of coaching is the language of the modern world, and knowing these techniques helps me better understand and support my clients.
Psychoanalytic therapy methods help my clients reduce overall anxiety, feel more confident and stable. I specialize in age-related crises, anxiety disorders, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and self-esteem issues. I also work with eating disorders, insomnia, conception difficulties, frequent illness relapses, and other somatic manifestations.
Confidentiality and ethics are the foundation of my practice. I strictly adhere to ethical norms and standards to ensure you the highest level of protection and comfort. You can be confident that all the information you share will remain strictly confidential.
I do not promise instant results, but I approach each client with individual attention and care. Participating in professional seminars and conferences allows me to offer you the most modern and effective therapy methods.
I invite you to begin this transformative journey with me. In the first 2-3 consultations, we will discuss your goals and expectations and develop an individual therapy plan that best suits your needs. Do not delay taking care of your mental health. Let this journey be the start of your new, happier life.
